הצהרת נגישות
אתר זה נבנה מתוך מחויבות לאפשר לכלל הגולשים, לרבות אנשים עם מוגבלויות, להשתמש בו בצורה נוחה ועצמאית ככל האפשר, בהתאם לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013, ומבוסס על עקרונות תקן הנגישות הישראלי (ת"י 5568) והנחיות WCAG 2.0 ברמה AA.
תמצית ההצהרה: האתר עוצב ונבנה תוך שימת דגש על מבנה סמנטי, ניווט מקלדת ותמיכה בשתי שפות (עברית/אנגלית). ההנגשה היא תהליך מתמשך, ואנו פועלים לשפרה באופן שוטף.
1. פעולות נגישות שבוצעו באתר
- מבנה כותרות סמנטי (H1–H3) המאפשר ניווט הגיוני בעזרת טכנולוגיות מסייעות.
- טקסט חלופי (alt) לתמונות משמעותיות באתר.
- תמיכה מלאה בכיווניות: מעבר אוטומטי בין עברית (RTL) לאנגלית (LTR) כולל עדכון תכונות ה-lang וה-dir בדף.
- ניווט מקלדת בחלונות המוקפצים באתר (גלריית תמונות פרויקטים, חלונות סיסמה) — כולל מקשי חצים למעבר בין תמונות ומקש Escape לסגירה.
- עיצוב רספונסיבי המותאם לצפייה במחשב, טאבלט וסמארטפון.
- ניגודיות צבעים שנבחרה מתוך התחשבות בקריאות הטקסט על רקע כהה.
- סרגל נגישות ייעודי (כפתור בסמל בראש העמוד): מאפשר הגדלה/הקטנה של גודל הטקסט בכל האתר במספר רמות, וכן הפעלת מצב ניגודיות גבוהה (רקע שחור, טקסט לבן, הדגשות בצהוב) — ההעדפות נשמרות בדפדפן לביקורים הבאים.
2. תאימות דפדפנים וטכנולוגיות מסייעות
האתר נבדק ותומך בגרסאות עדכניות של הדפדפנים המובילים: Chrome, Edge ו-Firefox. מומלץ לשימוש מיטבי בטכנולוגיה מסייעת (כגון קורא מסך) לשלב זאת עם גרסת דפדפן עדכנית.
3. מגבלות ידועות
שקיפות מלאה: חלק מהאלמנטים הגרפיים באתר, כגון אנימציית שומר המסך התלת-ממדית והעיגולים המונפשים סביב התמונה הראשית, הם עיצוביים בלבד ואינם נגישים לקוראי מסך — אך אינם חוסמים גישה לתוכן המהותי של האתר.
- חלק מהתוכן המוגן בסיסמה (תעודות והמלצות) נפתח כקובץ תמונה או PDF חיצוני, שרמת הנגישות שלו תלויה בתוכנת הצפייה של המשתמש.

אנו רואים בנגישות הדיגיטלית ערך מתמשך ולא יעד חד-פעמי, ופועלים לשפר את חוויית השימוש עבור כלל הגולשים באתר לאורך זמן.

Full Transparency: Some graphical elements on the site, such as the 3D screensaver animation and the animated circles around the hero image, are decorative only and are not accessible to screen readers — but they do not block access to the site's substantive content.
- Some password-protected content (certificates and recommendation letters) opens as an external image or PDF file, whose accessibility level depends on the user's own viewing software.
